Research driven hemp derived Cannabinoid treatment protocols seeking ACO & BEI partners.

Born from years of developing whole plant hemp protocols for children with catastrophic epilepsy, N8IP now partners with ACO REACH, EOM and LEAD organizations to deliver compliant products, hands-on implementation support and real-world outcome data, with the non-profit research organization Noah's Arc Foundation.

The Program

I.

A new federal pathway for
hemp in Medicare care

Since April 1, 2026, the CMS Substance Access Beneficiary Engagement Incentive (BEI) has allowed participating organizations to offer eligible hemp products to Medicare beneficiaries under physician guidance for safety, efficacy and cost benefit.

I.I

Who can participate

ACO REACH and Enhancing Oncology Model participants today. LEAD Model participants from January 1, 2027.

I.III

Physician-led

A qualified physician assesses each beneficiary through a documented shared decision-making conversation. Each organization needs a CMS-approved Implementation Plan before distribution begins.

I.II

Up to $500 per beneficiary, per year

Eligible hemp products are furnished at no cost to the patient. The participating organization covers product costs.

What we do

One unique partner,
from plan to proof.

II.

Editable Implementation Plan language for every CMS-required section, plus physician training, patient education materials and eligibility screening tools.

II.I

Implementation support

Whole plant innovative hemp receptor site formulations via tinctures, softgels, topicals and beverage bases, formulated to BEI limits and shipped with batch-matched certificates of analysis.

II.II

Compliant product supply

Independent real-world evidence collection, quarterly data summaries and published outcomes with our nonprofit research partner that support your CMS reporting.

II.III

Outcomes and reporting

Our research

Objective science that works
in synergy with sales.

III.

N8IP works in structured partnership with the Noah's Arc Foundation (NAF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit research organization. NAF collects and analyzes outcomes data independently and has no financial stake in product sales, so the evidence your program generates is credible, complete and ready for publication.

Our founding team began cultivating, breeding and formulating whole plant hemp as soon as the 2014 Farm Bill was signed. As chief science officer of the 2015 Missouri epilepsy hemp/ CBD pilot care program, we founded Apothio which added hands-on experience with FDA Botanical Drug documentation. Today, N8IP builds on that foundation with purpose-bred high-CBD, low-THC chemovars and extraction methods that preserve the plant's full natural profile: cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, polyphenols and much more.

“In the field since 2014, before there was a market.”

Trent Jones, D.C.
Chief Executive Officer, N8IP

Our team's whole plant protocols are already in the peer-reviewed literature, most recently in the Journal of Chiropractic Medicine (2025).
Every BEI partnership feeds a structured publication pathway, from quarterly safety summaries to a full-year outcomes report, with submissions targeting geriatric medicine, integrative oncology and health services research. Partner ACOs are invited to co-author with N8IP and NAF regarding clinical outcomes that highlight safety, efficacy and cost benefits.

“Evidence that's published, not just promised.”

Jones T, Halverson J, Kettner N,
Journal of Chiropractic Medicine, 2025

Noah's Arc Foundation (NAF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that collects and analyzes every outcome independently of N8IP's commercial operations. Data lives in a separate, HIPAA-compliant system, and NAF publishes as the independent author of record. It's the same separation used in academic medical center partnerships, so the evidence your ACO generates holds up to CMS, journal and governance review.

“Our research partners are independent from us”
